
Peter will identify the injured structure then use a combination of strapping, stretching and strengthening to protect the injured tissues, improve associated muscle strength and coordination and review movement patterns.

Pain can occur due to muscle imbalance or poor work/activity methods and postures. Treatment is based on release of tight muscles and joints, combined with exercises and movement education to improve body mechanics.
